David Moores letter to The Times

"It's this PwC did DD", "Rothschilds vouched for him" stuff that I find annoying. It's used as evidence of support for the decision without any knowledge of the instructions given in the DD, or what the DD actually came up with and how that affected the decision to sell. DD doesn't result in a 'yes, that's a good business', or 'yes, he's a top bloke' or 'he's a bit of a wrong un' FFS. I would GUESS that it is likely that the focus of the DD was on the finances of the investors and their ability to fund the purchase.

Forced in the sense that Moores loved the club and was getting a lot of **** for our fall from grace and didn't know what else to do about it. Forced in the sence that he was getting no credit for putting his hands in his own pockets many times over the years. Not forced at gun point or legakky through the courts but it was fan discontentment that made him go searching for the most Liverpooly of sugar daddies he could find, which is an oxymoron. We still have many on here calling for any billionaire to buy us as his play thing. Makes me sick!
