Amazed at how 5 of our lads played v Montenegro for the under 19s last night and it barely got a mention nationally. Add to the fact that Flano and Shelvey would have been involved if fit. Can you imagine if it were a crop of Man U or Chelsea kids? The whole of the media would be jizzing in their pants over it.

Just saw Silva's and Sterling's goals in the goal of the season programme. Unbelieveable. So tempting to push these youngsters on to the main stage.

Anyway, England U17 start their first game of the season tonight at 9pm on Eurosport. 6 LFC players named, let's hope this version of Stuart Pearce doesn't f*ck everything up like his counterparts.

I am astonished that there are no scum, no gooners and very few from EPL sides.

Is this a proper indicator of our youth work? On paper it looks amazing, but perhaps our rivals players in the same age has already made it to the u19s, u21s and so on?
