Diego gone to Wolfsburg is great news for Aquilani. Serie A starts this weekend, will be interesting to see if he starts.*************************

I don't think he is ever coming back but in terms of loaning him I think it was horrible move as we let go of little bit creativity that we had in our squad.Originally posted by little dave hedgehog View Posti think it would be safe to say he would never come back to rafa's liverpool side. but roy--who knows? i don't agree with the loan, but i can see the odd wisdom in it.
Put potential money recoup and made of glass theory aside, he should have stayed in my mind and as he could easily fill in for JC and SG or even better prove he's worthy of premiership football.Member #1 of the Luis Suarez fan club

It's a good loan if he plays regularly. He's not up to the premier league yet. He's not going to get the games he needs now with us. I wouldn't be bothered if he didn't come back, but if he proves himself a player, then I'd be happy with him back. With him on loan, it moves pacheco closer to the first team which can't do any harm.*************************

i was hoping he'd be a revelation for us this season. but hes been loaned, and as has been said, if he does the business down there, he could well come back to us in a rampant mood. i know it sounds really unlikely and all...
do we have to accept an offer from juve if they decide to buy at the end of the season?dave of mutilation

I'd say yes, as long as they match the figure in the contract.Originally posted by little dave hedgehog View Posti was hoping he'd be a revelation for us this season. but hes been loaned, and as has been said, if he does the business down there, he could well come back to us in a rampant mood. i know it sounds really unlikely and all...

Basically, the only way we'll have Aquilani next season is if he bombs at Juventus. If that happens then we're non-the-wiser as to whether he can cut it, so he'll end up on another Italian loan.James Philip Milner Fanclub #1
