I think Rafa would have approached this better but with so little effort from the players we would still have been beaten.

As I said earlier, it's also to do with the transfer window still running into the first month of a season. It should of been sorted before the season started. If we are having a transfer window, which we obviously are, a player should not be able to play the first game of the season and score (Milner) and then move to another team in the same league or just play for one team and then in the next weeks join another team as it can screw players heads up (Mascha). It's just plain stupid that you can have a multi-million player at a team unable to play him and unable to replace him.

Our season isn't about tonight ffs. I honestly can't believe the **** written in here. We were bad but we created a few decent chances and but for Hart would have scored and then who knows. Kuyt, Lucas & Skrtel were awful. 4-5-1 wouldn't have changed that.

Torres has got more match fitness and Roy will realise Lucas isn't very good. We'll improve, just have some faith.

We've lost too many good players and haven't replaced them. Our squad two years ago was pretty good, it's utter dog **** now. Our squad is far worse than people think, we're overrating it.
