Do we really have time to let a manager take charge that need time to settle in?

Time he needs to check up the players and adjust his tactics to what we have?

I don't think so. If a new manager need say a month or two to adjust everything then it could be to late and we could already be on our way down to the Championship.

We need someone that already now the club and the players inside out.

Rafa, Dalglish, Segura. The three only options IMO.

And you are seriously questioning why that may be the case?

How long did it take Coyle to turn Bolton around or Redknapp Spurs? There are far more options than you make out.

Roy Hodgson fits the bill nicely too if you're basing it on your minimum requirements.

All this talk of relegation needs to stop, it's not even remotely on the horizon.

I just think someone like Daglish or Rafa will boost the team and the fans , the season is over so we can give the new man 6 months to settle then go for it.
It's a prediction thread on a wish list.

You seemed to be trying to make a point about him sounding more confident and expressive in his own language - as if it was surprising or something

Kenny will without a doubt, I think with Rafa there will still be too many unsure if he should be back - not what we need at the moment.

Em nope. Merely saying that i'm sure in Italy, being Italian and all, he could get his point across better to players and media as oppose to his limited English and being a manager in the Premier League etc.

Same with Capello and Scolari, they don't come across well when they speak English, and this is obviously just the language barrier. As a comparison Mourinho and Rafa have very good English. Its all relative.

The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

Well there's hardly any doubt that he can express himself better in his native tongue. Not surprising either.

That doesnt mean he struggles with english though, his english is more than adequete.
