He's a **** defender and I like my full backs to be able to defend first and foremost. Arbeloa was twice the defender imo.

It might not work out, but I wish we could try it. We used to push Riise forward on the left sometimes, and if he could do it, Johnson as a superior player and with his ability to beat a man should be able to.

Ah it genuinely is brilliant mate, was so happy when i woke up this morning, logged on and seen Shaggy's thread, was so relieved.

Some harmony at the club and between the supporters will be so welcome, it got so draining. Hopefully things will improve on the pitch and all this ****e that we've gone through will be a distant memory.

Hard not to make the Bale comparisons. Glen has all the attributes to be an amazing right winger. Two footed, can beat a man, decent crosser & a cracking shot on him.

completely agree. Especially now with a potential fresh start, harmony in the dressing room and in the stands.

I just thought Glen was very unprofessional and for a guy earning so much money, he could have handled it with a bit more class, instead he got dragged down to Merson's level. We don't need any more bad press of the pitch at LFC IMO.
