It's my first post lads and i have to say im gutted,i am from ireland and get over around 11/12 times a year depending on finance and i really loved the man,standing in the kop the day he banged 2 goals against chelsea in the last few mins will always stay with me,i came home from work last night and my 5 year old was crying,my baby girls first word was torres,so many good memories.the way he has left the club has left a very bad taste but seeing him on sunday with a chelsea shirt on will kill me but as kenny says no one man is bigger than the club and life will go on so i believe liverpool supporters at stamford bridge should keep a dignified silence and if that doesnt hit him he has a heart of stone.

Why dont we collect every Liverpool shirt possible, with Torres on the back, and place them behind the goal at the Liverpool end, or throw them onto the pitch when the teams come out

You would have to assume so.

It'd be suicide to try and fit Torres AND Drogba into their current system. And Anelka is no winger.

Even if he played Anelka as a wide forward (in a forward 3), one of Torres/Drogba would have to play left, and that leaves Malouda dropped, which i cant see happening.

We will be back strong and better than ever. Torres chose his path and it was the wrong one without question we now have everything we need to push back up to the top with great owners, potentially a new stadium, young players coming through and of course the King!

I was there for that game too - the Lampard sending off happened right in front of me so that was a highlight too

lol - people getting on their high horses because they think they are better fans? - jeez - people are rightly going to be upset and will vent it - we worshipped this guy, we loved him and he had told us he loved us back....know whilst i don't agree with some of the knobheads like burning shirts and anything that is really evil and sickening, most of whats being said is just part of a venting/healing process.

i certainly dont think i am a better fan becuase i wont call him a cunt. infact most of the people calling him a cunt are much better supporters than i am.

i just think we should as fans show a bit more class. and also take a few other things into account. such as he could have gone in the summer could have done lots of worse things.

in the end we are as a club bigger than him so lets support our players rather than hate our previous players
