Possibly. I'm a bit pissed off with the situation tbh. I had quite high hopes for him and it looks like three managers haven't rated him.

the thing is most youngsters will fail. some of the promising ones will two for many different reasons.

the thing is to just keep trying. obviously we also need to understand if the process we follow is working but even if it does work most players that enter it wont play for Liverpool or at a high level.

I'd say that's pretty clear; be a better footballer. He's not good enough and clearly Rafa, Roy and Kenny can see that hence no game time.

I find this strange delusion and obsession by football fans over younger players quite odd. If you are good enough then you'll play, pretty simple.

Used to make my laugh people saying "stick Babel up front and give him a chance." Some players are just not good enough and you should respect the manager for picking his team.

Rafa did use him. We all know Rafa never made much use of players under 21 because of his view that they need more time to develop. Yet he brought Pacheco on in several critical games when we were behind and chasing the game. For me, that shows some level of faith in his ability.

Im not saying he'll definitely make it and Kenny may not fancy him. But I dont think its fair to the lad to use the other two as evidence against him.

Thanks Galb. I didn't have the time or inclination to post similar this morning as I was in work mode. I'm miffed as to why Kenny hasn't given him a shot at proving himself as yet but hopefully the lad will do well on loan and then come back all the better for taking the opportunity.

Not that I can remember mate. Usually once you're out on loan there's no way back (well, from recent years).
