He’s been gash this year too, so that would be a real sickener. If Walcott is fit enough, he should start ahead of him though.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Suppose Kenny could play Carra right back and bring in Soto.

But what does that say to Flanagan ?

He comes in, plays extremely well, fully of confidence and then he's dropped. Would just show to me that we don't have much faith in him against a dangerous attack.

Nasri v Flanagan...hell of a test for the lad

Sink or swim I suppose. Like you've all said, it's a hell of a test. If he gets through it, I'd expect him to get a good run in the side regardless of who's fit but what could it do to his confidence if he sinks?
Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

I wouldn't see the point in that Kyriakos is good in the air and crap on the ground, Arsenal aren't really a team with a great deal of threat in the air, but are quick and skillful on the ground. Playing Kyriakos would be suicidal IMO
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

A win for us will probably cement united's 19th. Nightmare.

But with Arsenals passing game, we'll be looking to squeeze the space. Hence a back 5, Lucas & spearing in centre mid, Kuyt right & Carroll upfront.

This would leave a straight choice between Suarez/Miereles.................

A point for us would cement United's 19th title, nevermind a win.

I think it'll 1-1 with either Suarez or Carroll scoring.

even though we have a bad record against them away i think Carroll and Suarez will have a field day against their back line.

                        hard one to call though

Huge test for Lucas and Spearing against Wilshere and Diaby.
                          Diaby's a big lump of **** all.

                          Fabregas will play.

Im sure Flanagan would understand, he wouldn't let it bring him down because he knows he's lucky to get an opportunity anyway. That said, I'd still start with Flanagan because he is stable defensively whereas playing Soto would be a nightmare with the pace Arsenal have. Soto is bound to give away a penalty.

Will the King go with 3 CB's like he did at Chelsea away? I'd go with same starting 11 as the Man City game. If it's not broken don't fix it.

Saying that, I don't really care. Kenny knows best so I just hope the lads come up with a good performance and get a result!

I'm so excited. And I just cant hide it. I'm about to loose control and I think I like it.

I agree and if one of the senior players is returning then I'd bring them in at his expense. I'd probably start him the game after though
