Think I'll just stick to Sky Sports and watch this one in HD.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

we seem to play much better against the big teams, so on reflection id rather be playing arsenal away than wigan, west brom etc.

the way arse are playing at the moment weve got every chance of a decent win, but it will hand the title to the mancs though

Maybe 3 centre backs with Wilson stuck in rather than the Greek?

Possibly dropping Spearing for Wilson and having Raul play a little deeper?

I can't see us using the same tactics against Arsenal away, Kenny is full of surprises and he's had a few days to prepare different tactics for this game.

True but this is why Arsenal will be well up for this, they can't afford to drop points.

If we try to contain Arsenal, I think we'll get destroyed. Our best bet is to get at their weakened defence at every opportunity and try to outscore them.

Forget the mancs - can't see Arsenal catching them. I'll take 3 points and a shot at 5th

Yeah, Don't care any more about our "record" as it's pants when ya haven't added to it in the last 20 years so let the mancs win it & us get them 3 points on Sunday...
Let the mancs crow all they like as we will soon regain top spot again...it took them 20 years to do while it will only take us a couple of years under Kenny...
That's all the motivation we need!
Nope, don't need anger management, you just need to stop pissing me off!

I haven't really watched many Arsenal games this season - only highlights on MotD. Was wondering people's thoughts on Johan Djourou as a defender (CB)?

I've heard loads of Arsenal fans raving about him and very glad he's fit again and how they're not as worried as much about Carroll & Suarez now. Oh also claiming he's close to being one of the best in the PL. I know stats aren't generally meaningful in football but one of them said with Arsenal's other CB's a goal is conceded every 47 mins but with Djourou it's every 250 mins or something along those lines.

73% - Jamie Carragher has completed 73% of passes this season, lower than the 76% average in the Premier League. Untidy

In all honestly, that's higher than I expected.

                          Interesting comments from Gunners fans.

Boris Mellor from www.arsenaltimes.com provides the view from the Emirates ahead of Sunday's Barclays Premier League encounter.

How are Arsenal fans feeling about our visit?

It's been overshadowed by internal events. The death of (Arsenal director) Danny Fiszman and the sale of the club to Kroenke have been the main talkings points all week.

What's your view of the takeover?

Kroenke now controls the club from top to bottom, he has the shares he needs to choose the board, but I am opposed to him owning 100 per cent. Arsenal Times supports the Arsenal Supporters Trust policy of plural ownership. I won't be selling my fanshare. I don't think much will change as Kroenke will leave Ivan Gazides and Arsene Wenger in control and they have been running the club together for the last couple of years. Fans fear that prices will rise or that Kroenke will take money out of the club. Arsenal fans already pay the highest prices in the world: the cheapest season ticket is just under £900 and £1800 is common. My feeling is he will try to maximise commercial revenue, meanwhile the board, for the near future at least, will stay the same.

And your thoughts on some Arsenal fans getting on Wenger's back because of the lack of silverware in recent years?

Wenger raised expectations very high this year and then went out of three cups in a fortnight, so it's hardly surprising that some fans could not contain their disappointment. For some there is an increasing contradiction between the prices fans pay to support the club and Wenger's refusal to buy big-money players when needed.

Do you still believe you can win the league?

It's a long shot now, it's Man Utd's to lose. If you want to stop Man Utd from winning a record number of league titles then you could always help by putting a weak team out...

                          Which players make Arsenal tick?

We now have a spine of Koscielny, Wilshere, Fabregas and van Persie. When they play together, and play well, all goes well; if Fabregas is missing, or is off form, it doesn't work quite so efficiently.

                          Weak links?

Individually most of our players are very good, but sometimes the organisation of the defence lets the team down. Fans prefer it when Szczesny and Djourou are playing - their replacements often leave us edgy.

Who will you be worried about on our side?

Well I am gutted that Gerrard isn't playing! Andy Carroll will worry us all for good reasons and we have heard a lot of good things about Suarez, so hopefully our defence won't go to sleep.

Can you recommend anywhere for the travelling fans to get a pint or some food before the game?

Between the Holloway Road Station and Highbury and Islington Station there are tens of decent cafes and kebab restaurants. The best fish and chips is opposite Finsbury Park Station on the Seven Sisters road. Allow time to queue as it's mobbed. The Drayton Park Arms opposite the away fans' entrance always gives visiting fans a good welcome, and it's almost next door to Velli's Cafe - another good feeding station. The Faltering Fullback, Perth Road (has a good website) is a great place for the serious drinker but 20 minutes' walk from the ground, and doesn't do food at lunchtime.

All-time high and low playing us at your place?

High has to be the match where Liverpool went ahead twice at Highbury, and Henry single-handedly led the fight-back to victory. That team went on to win the league. There have not been that many lows in recent times, perhaps the draw in the Champions League is the closest. If we hadn't conceded a soft goal we might have gone on to win the tie. Your away goal cost us dearly.

                          Score prediction?

                          Two one to the Arsenal.
