He'll end up as a deep lying central midfielder down the line, an excellent one.

Don't forget Phil Jones, the bestest player since football began.Originally posted by BringbackBiscan View PostHe's a fantastic footballer. A blind man can see his potential.
England might actually do something in five-ten years time. Hendo, Whilsire & Cleverly are very un-English in their play.Brandt - Keita - Van Dijk - Sessegnon

I was completely shocked to see him start against Sunderland as I was convinced we'd ease him into things with a few sub appearances here and there.
I'm still not sure about him playing on the wing, but the way we set up today with players swapping positions and the attackers pressing the defence would seem to suit his game.If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

In the 45th minute and clearly knackered he put in an immense 20 second burst of constant pressing, chasing all over the ****ing place and making them work like **** on the edge of their own box. Great to see.
He's another really starting to come into his own. I don't think he'll ever be spectacular but he's gonna be a right good player for us.Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

You can see he has the tools - great first touch, awareness of others around him, brilliant engine, excellent crosser, decent shot etc he just needs to develop his confidence and believe he belongs at Liverpool. I think we're starting to see that and i reckon he'll develop into a beast of a player.
Hopefully we'll see a bit more of what is to come before the end of the season.'Religion is killing each other over who has the best imaginary friend'

Maybe in 14 years time when he's 35.Originally posted by JohnDoe View PostHe'll end up as a deep lying central midfielder down the line, an excellent one.
Before then he has energy to burn and will turn into a Lampard type player who knits the play together in deep positions before bursting forward and breaking beyond and in support of the front playersThe King was back for a short while. Long live The King.

He'll be the signing of the summer but maybe not this season.
I was thinking the same last night. He's got a mature head on young shoulders, a good engine, likes a one-touch pass and can score goals. He'll prove to be a very good signing.
