Are You Happy With Our Transfer Business This Window?

So the big question. Are you happy with our transfer business this now past window?

I'm very happy even that we sold Meireles and didn't replace him. It could have been better but also a lot worse.

We are much stronger now than before the window opened. The first step on the way back to the top is done.

Was decent but nothing spectacular. Im gutted that we let go of both Meireles and Aquilani, thats not good business at all. We needed to keep atleast one of them if we wanted a strong midfield.

We made some good signings overall but were not as strong as we were 2 hours ago

He's the one we should have kept but he didn't want to be here and Raul's head was turned when we already decided to keep him.

Early days but we have one a very good player in Enrique, good potential in Hendo, experienced and proven player in Bellamy and 2 "diamonds in the rough" in Downing and Adam.

Not great but not bad neither.

An improvement definitely and we should have enough to make it into top 4.

In January, we go after Hazard as Lille will be out of CL and they will not be contending in League 1

In all honesty I was underwhelmed by the signings until the season actually started. I think come January we will really appreciate just how strong a window it was for us.

The squad is stronger and we have so many options now and a genuinely strong bench.

Kudos to FSG and JWH for the unbelievable backing they gave Kenny. I am sure he will not disappoint them, or us.

Never expected a marquee signing but of course hoped for one. Kenny is building something different, he seems to be looking for a mentally tough, solid squad peppered with enough creative players to make a difference. He knows what he is doing, so i'm gonna have faith in him and personally i'm delighted with the window.

Are we now a little light for numbers in midfield?

                      Not light for numbers.

Gerrard, Adam, Shelvey, Henderson, Lucas, Spearing

Slightly missing a bit, in terms of quality IMO.

Obviously, over the moon and we wont have to spend next summer sorting pay offs and transfers out for about 10 senior players! A great window.

I would like to think that we needed a strong foundation and trimmed overall wage bill before we start bringing top players.

That should happen next summer or as early as this January.

Let's not doubt and judge Kenny and Comolli until we see his 2 year project in fullest.

Can't recall a better one. Sold / moved out a lot of bad players and signed the makings of a new squad for the next few years. Good business on the whole, without moping about players gone or frustration at players signed

Very happy. Agree with Craig, a 7/10. Maybe an 8.
