It's been our most successful transfer window that I can remember. We've bought well and tactically. Losing Raul is a small mark on an otherwise excellent window

Happy to get rid of the Deadwood.

Not Happy with some signings and the money paid. Time will tell

There are plenty of quailty players that moved to other non-particpating champions league clubs this year, that we could/should have bought and were at the fraction of the cost.

Look at the calibre of the summer signings of PSG and Ath Madrid ( Turan and Falcao) to name some of clubs. Roma had a very good summer as did others like Malaga

Ah forgot about Shelvey. Just hope Gerrard gets over his problems.

Yes. We've signed seven quality players and shipped out a big pile of the ****e that was clogging the bowels of the club.

Some of our signings wouldn't have been my personal choice, but Kenny got who he wanted and was fully backed by the owners, which can only be a good thing.

Compared to a year ago we've come a hell of a long way.

very happy with the window, not spectacular but never again will my eyes have to bleed watching the likes od Degen, Jova, Poulsen and evey other bit of ****ing wank that has pulled on a red shirt over the last couple of years.

Signings might have been a little bit more adventurous, but we ahve got rid of the ****e added some quality and all our obvious weaknesses have been addressed.

With the ****e off our wage bill and when we are in the mix in January I fully expect us to bring in 2/3 signings in Janaury which will have this place wanking itself silly.

Looking at what we have done compared to the other teams challenging for 4th then its been a very good window

We have significantly strengthened and also shipped out a hell of a lot of players which will have eased the wage bill

Arsenal have replaced Cesc and Nasri with Arteta and Benayoun and pocketed the rest of the cash, they are weaker than last year

Spurs look a weaker squad letting go Crouch, Palacios, Jenas, Hutton, Bentley and only bringing in Parker Adebayor and Friedel. They have pocketed the difference. Modric will probably play like Fabregas last year when his head wasn't in it

Chelsea missed out on the main targets, Mata is a good signing but not convinced that Miereles is what they need in midfield to create chances.

Before the window i hoped for 4th this season , now I think 4th should be the minimum we are aiming for.

When you think about it it is astounding, this time last year I dont think anyone would have pictured us in the strong position that we are in now.

                      Because he's an attention whore.

Wouldn't surprise me if he'd checked the results of the poll before casting his vote. 'Oh no one else has voted no, think i'll do that'

Our saving in wages alone should be tremendous (according to Rory Smith £30m) and people seem forgetting that if we wanted to keep Raul we would've increased his wages and extended his contract.

We didn't do either and there is a good reason behind it.

Got rid of what needed to be gotten rid of (save one or two), brought in good players, with Suarez in the side we are flying now, so I'm happy and think we're in good shape for the Top 4. As for a big signing next time? See my signature. Göetze would be perfect.

It also frees up the main work for the next 2 windows, DC + KD can focus on just bringing in the right players to take us up a level without having to get rid of the ****.
