David Villa has more legs to stand on vs Suarez.

I think they should let Evra call him a goofy Uraguayan peasant and be done with it.

this has been handled so badly it's not funny - completly ruined his build up to the Villa game and now it's going to be the same for the Wigan game.

Perhaps it's time to make an en masse complaint to the FA about their handling of this!

It has been amateurish type of process from day one.

Very disappointed that footballing governing body of this size and influence is this incompetent and so unprepared to deal with cases like this one.

Personally frustrating as it is, I'd rather the FA takes its time to reach the right decision. Reading this thread you can see its a total minefield of a situation.
              Oh I don't know.

I think they have realized they are ****ed, and are now taking their time to find out how they can get out of this with their heads above water. If they were going to throw the book at him they would have done it by now. Hmmm, how to get out of this without pissing off Fergiescum is what they are thinking now.

what are you yawning about? this has been poorly dealt with. The alleged incident took place on the 15th October and still no decision one way or the other.

Regardless of the outcome it's yet another mis-managed incident from the FA, perhaps they've been busy elsewhere though!

According to Sky just now, verdict on Tuesday (rather than not before Tuesday as was announced earlier) to allow them more time to consider the evidence. Sounds somewhat less than nailed on to me.

I just find it bewildering they've dragged their feet with this quite so much and yet found plenty of time to defend a guilty Rooney with getting his ban reduced.

All seems to be self service with the FA.

Argument over Suarez/Evra is clearly no longer over guilt and innocence but length of punishment

Best post in this thread IMO onion.

Clearly! In legal circles its never been known that the case is ajorned or defered for sentencing!
