This is a totally different scenario in that Suarez has admitted to using a word which the FA have deemed racially abusive.

The club's response is suitably scathing I think.

It's an incredible decision if they really haven't got any evidence other than Evra's.

Seeing how long the police are taking their time, I wouldn't be surprised if the police deem it a non-story and the FA go with that. Obviously there would be JT mates in the police... wouldn't surprise me.
