Surely it does though. I found this Al Jaziera clip on Youtube which seems to show that it is there

Why not spend some time looking at why fans (not only the club) don't see him as "guilty"?

Had Suarez not admitted to anything, then nothing would have happened..

"Suarez is a racist" scarves being sold outside Piccadilly and therefore presumably outside OT.

I made the exact same point very early in this thread

imagine how stupid someone would have to be to actually buy one! The campaign of hatred towards Suarez and ourselves has become quite laughable.

Not sure it's that clearcut really. He would still have had to account for a conversation; if they didn't believe his presumably honest version I don't see why they would have believed a fake one any more. Unless we're advocating him going full on Machiavellian with his version, which would be utterly contemptible.

It was right for him to be honest and it was not the reason he got screwed over. That was down to a combination of the political situation the FA were in, the stigma attached to refuting accusations of racism, and the appalling handling of the situation by the club from the pov of controlling perceptions and building a defence case.

You'd think whoever's responsible for making the scarves could find themselves in some hot water legally, if there was enough of a desire on anyone's part for that to happen.

Definately, considering that the FA's report explicity stated that Suarez was indeed not racist.
                              * The above is posted in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.

There is no audio evidence of what conversation was between those 2 and what was actually said so he could have stated to FA that he said whatever to Evra.

They couldn't find Evra's story more believable in that case as their statements would have been polar opposite but the fact that he admitted that he used word "Negro" which is what Evra also indicated in his statement was the main and the only reason why FA sided with the cunt.

I don't support lying or omitting the truth as the correct course of action but the fact remains that being honest will not always set you free especially when you deal with incompetent and corrupt institution as FA.
