That imo, would be one of them, it's an issue with a player taking the field ffs.

Do you think it's prudent for noone to mention it to him ? I don't, and it makes us look like amateurs.

He quite clearly didnt know and I wouldnt really expect him to. The staff tend to come out quite a while after the players at the beginning and theres other issues to concentrate on at half time like the actual game.

People seem to have very short memories. FSG rescued us from years of embarrassment at the hands of the two Texan clowns, gave us financial stability, and backed the manager to the hilt. Why should they now stand back if they think that their investment is being damaged by this debacle?

We need someone at the club who knows how to work the PR machine and someone who ca take control of the situation. Ian Ayre has failed big time by not controlling this from day one. This has all happened on his watch.

Time to draw a line under it and move on but serious questions need to be asked about the leadership of our club from a board level.

It is possible, but very difficult to believe that nobody mentioned it to him at half time, or full one before the interview.

This has been a PR nightmare from start to finish whoever is responsible for PR at the club should be fired.

As for Suarez I would be surprised if he is still here after the summer.

The club should have from day one acknowledged that Luis used a racist word but that was lost in translation. And then apologised there and then for any misunderstanding and offence caused. End of IMO.

I'm glad he didn't shake his hand although in his situation I'd have grabbed it broke the cunt's wrist.

Well, they have appointed Brian Barwick to oversee a review of all PR and communications.

I want to know where Ian Cotton was in all of this.
                          Oh I don't know.

Manchester United thanks Liverpool for the apologies issued following Saturday's game.

Everyone at Old Trafford wants to move on from this. The history of our two great clubs is one of success and rivalry unparalleled in British football.

That should be the focus in the future of all those who love the clubs.
That, and hurting Evra as much as possible, and as often as possible. What a ****ing cunt of a man, hate him, really hate him, wish him a career ending injury every day.

Don't lose sight of the facts, which are, that the people advising the fa on dialect, said if Suarez said what he says he said...it was NOT racist.

The fa panel just choose to go with Evra, that's what stinks.

So apologising at the start was sort of difficult, especially as at first we heard the accustaion was N***** numerous times.

It's not been so straight forward as just admitting it and apologising. imo.

and we don't even know they are behind it. The fact that Manu has responded so quickly indicates to me that the FA or other body is behind this to try to diffuse things.
