Well it's hardly mass murder, rape or genocide he's been charged with. It's basically name-calling with knobs on, reflected in the maximum penalty of a paltry £2500 fine. So if Terry's found guilty and they throw the book at him it'll cost him about what he earns in a training session

The suggestion I make is not so much the gravity of the crime he has been charged with but the nature of the defendent should not be allowed to associate with the witness for the prosecution 4 days prior to the trial

I said this before on here, but 'Kick it out' is becoming a pathetic and manipulative organisation, depending on who the important people within it are friends with, or have a vested interest in.

I have worked with a couple of similar organizations and i was gobsmacked at what a lot of the time is really going on, private members cultural dinner clubs for the upper class's usually populated by retired men and ladys who lunch with layer upon layer of rules committees and regulations

But there is no trial in a few days. There's a hearing at which he'll be told of the charge and enter a plea. According to the papers yesterday any trial might not take place for maybe 10 weeks
