I think we need to give Carroll a proper chance first, he had a decent record at Newcastle (1 in 2) and has all the tools to be a good striker. IMO we just need to give him opportunities and get the team linking up with him and he could do the job. We bought him for the long term so I don't think he'll be leaving anytime soon.

Totally agree.

Too early to give up on him . He needs to play some games and continuity would do him a lot of good as he is finally healthy and he has no excuses for poor performances.


That said, if I could pick another striker I'd like Lavezzi, Pato, Negredo, Rossi, Falcao, Lisandro Lopez (maybe) or a dream type of signing as Higuain..
