Thanjk you.

Suppose after that late win v Spurs they may be a little knackered
Even they were not brilliant 5 goals better than us if we play like we did in the Bolton game
I think he will play Henderson in the middle and rest Adam
You should take a careful look at the Villa away and City first leg games to see how bad a suggestion that is.
But we won both games and kept clean sheets in the process, so while it may not make for attractive football you could argue it's effective...
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
It's the elephant in the room yet Kenny apparently either cant see it, or sees it and doesnt seek to change it. I dont imagine the players refuse to get into the box of their own accord, but i also cant fathom the idea that Kenny is telling them NOT to get into the box. Cant understand it.
I think you will find the elephant in the room is Charlie Adam.

In a combined period of around 20 minutes he touched the ball about 4 times, and the most notable contributions were a ****-up in our box that nearly led to a Villa goal and a run-in with Nasri that led to a booking but could have been worse. The game basically passed him, yet he was playing against players that had been on the pitch for 80 minutes.
I don’t see the logic in attributing the win to a player that came on late in the game and made no discernable contribution to the result. Please elucidate.

I'm not attributing the win to him, you cited these two games as examples of why he shouldn't play as DM, but as far as I can see from those games there is nothing to suggest that he shouldn't be given a try there. When it's clear that we need a DM and options are limited, I suggested him as an option if Spearing isn't fit.

What? So he comes into two games around the 80 minutes mark, when he's fresh and the opposing players have been going at it for 80 minutes, struggles to make an impact on the game, yet you don't think that's a worry?
What do you think will happen over 90 minutes, in a physically demanding area of the pitch like centre midfield? Do you think he's got the pace and stamina to be tracking runners from midfield? And that's even before we mention the affect on the team when we are in possession.
