Don't want AVB........for me his personality just doesnt fit with us as a club. Way too arrogant. He should be jumping at the chance to join us, as mentioned above he'd probably just sees it as a stepping stone.

Also the players will be aware that the Chelsea players detested him and can't see them taking to him at all.

I think Martinez will get the job. Whilst he wouldnt be my first choice by a long stretch i just have a feeling, based on nothing more than how he comes across, that he'd be a huge success for us (given enough time obviously).
