I doubt Roberto DM will be manager this time next year.

Wow, away - who'd have thunk it.

What an incredible run of home fixtures too. I'm in the camp that would have preferred a more gentle start to the season; I've written off this season as a work-in-progress, so have very little expectation, but for his own sanity (and a bit of mine, knowing potentially how some fans will react), Rodgers could have done with an easier start as apposed to a baptism of fire ... but still, on the flip side, does ten points make us title challengers?!

Steve Clarke ended up with the WBA job yeah? 10 points from the opening how many games?

10 points from the opening four games.

I jest, I'll re-assess my expectations after the summer transfer window.

November looks juicy and we look to have an easy run-in, which is surprising really because Easter is usually a bitch for us.

Rodgers was appointed weeks ago and yet you're willing to give him another two months? FFS, Dalglish took over and we immediately started picking up points.

The same rules ought to apply, it's only fair. Rodgers out.

Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

The guy's unbeaten since he became manager! It's this type of short termism which has undermined the club in recent years

I say give him a new contract ASAP

Unbeaten yeah, but we haven't played anyone of note and, from what I've seen, the players haven't bothered even to turn up, much less try to win. And we've won nothing.

In the long run we are all dead. I admit he's said the right things but you can't live on fine words, you need results to fill an empty stomach.

                  We all know that.

                  Rodgers out.

Or a good one. And he couldn't even persuade Kuyt to stay.

If he's not gone by the beginning of July, the owners will have serious questions to answer.

Ridiculous. As red g points out the undeniable fact is he hasn't wasted a single penny since he joined the club on poor transfers. How many other managers can claim that? The peerless Steve Clarke aside.

He's undefeated on the pitch without even needing to train the players. Imagine what he can achieve once they actually start training.

If he hasn't been handed a new and improved contract by the beginning of July, the owners will have serious questions to answer.

The way it's going we won't pick up a single point in June its a ****ing joke.. Watch this cunt survive a July with the same results as well.. It's like he's got something over the owners heads.. West Brom will be make or break!! 3 months without a point, that'd be the final straw for me personally.

Its relegation form mate.. I haven't seen a single sign of his 'pass and move' or 'relentless attacking' I'm afraid we've all been had here! He can't even get a goal out of Gerrard, Suarez, Carroll, Maxi.. The only thing he's kept consistent is Downing's form. Which if anything is slightly less anonymous.

                            Enormous test.

MCFC, AFC and MUFC will be significantly stronger and I'm not so sure we will given the types of players we've been linked with.

Good thing is that we'll face 3 title contenders at home but that is difficult task especially when you include Europa League competition as well.

If we get 5 points out of those 3 games personally I'd be content.

We've not conceded a single goal all month, Raheem Sterling hasn't fathered a single child this month either. Not to mention Jay Spearing hasn't misplaced a single pass. I'd say Rodger's is a miracle worker personally!

Its a mixed bag really, we're ahead of both City and United in the league but behind Everton even Villa are 4 places a head of us.
