Keita, Lallana and a toss up between Fabinho and Henderson for that more defensive role. There is also Milner and Gini to factor in, and Keita can also play as a more withdrawn midfielder.Originally posted by RichC View PostIn place of who
I would start Lallana most games if he is fit. He can also play further forward, but that would be more out of necessity. We have a wealth of options even without someone like Fékir. Are we winning?

If fekir comes in then he will be taking the place if lallama as the attacking midfielder option.Originally posted by RichC View PostI’d say Fabinho, Keita and Henderson are more likely and that disregards us bringing in Fekir for example. Lots of games to be played but I doubt Lallana will be an automatic starter through the campaign regardless of his fitness.
Keita alongside fekir will walk their way through the bus parkers (fingers crossed).removing all the weak links makes us stronger
too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

Fabinho may take a little time to adjust to the pace of the Premiership, so he may not start the season as ‘first choice’. But I suspect the above team will eventually be Klopp’s preferred starting eleven.Originally posted by foresterbloke View PostIt's not a first XI, it's an all out attack line up.
If you want a starting XI then here's mine -
Mane ------ Firmino ------ Salah
---------- Keita --- Hendo
--------------- Fabinho
Robbo - Lovren - VVD - TAA
--------------- Alisson
Subs: Sturridge, Fekir, Shaqiri, Milner, Lallana, Wijnaldum, Matip, Clyne, Karius
Squad: Origi, Solanke, Moreno, Gomez, Klavan, Jones, Woodburn, Grabara
Injured: Oxlade-Chamberlain
Biggest concern for me is the lack of strength in depth for the front three. We rely heavily on all three being fit and performing very well. A loss of form (fatigue) or injury to one of them and we tend to struggle. The answer might be playing a different formation/tactics if we lose one of those players.Another MASSIVE game

No chance Arsenal make up that mub ground IMO. Spurs still finished ahead of us last season, and the previous, and the one before that yet we continue to see them as no hopers. It'll be the same top 4 I thinkOriginally posted by BigChief View PostI'll say it here, Spurs are out of the top four race. By the time the first XI is ready they'll be too far behind. Arsenal will replace them. Utd, Arsenal and Chelsea to fight for 3rd and 4th (wooden spoon 5th obviously).
Our style of play + the personnel now brought in means 10 goals fewer conceded with hardly any impact to the goals for tally. This means the tight 2-2 or 1-1 results will now be victories unless all our first 15 squad players are having their periods on the same day.

between Liverpool, Spurs and Chelsea for third and fourth spot.

Don’t mean to hijack the thread with predictions but... IMO City are clear favourites (too much strength in depth and a good manager). We were the second best team last year (IMO) but records will show we finished fourth. To challenge City we will need a near perfect season - VVD, Salah, Firmino and Mane fit and on form, Keita settled (and not many red cards), Henderson and Robertson injury free. I really hope we finish above UTD.Originally posted by banditos View PostReally? You think both Manchester clubs will finish above us? City maybe, but United??Another MASSIVE game
