We are indeed. Only time will tell though just how good they are & who is hungry for more than just the cash. Money really can stuff up the kids if they get a lot too early.

Ibe and Sinclair are going to end up being fast-tracked. They are just too good for that level of football. Immense talents.

I went to the game last night and have to say i thought a lot of our u18's were average.
Granted Swindon werent very good but id say 4 of ours from last nights team have a chance of progressing into the reserves.
Ibe, McLaughlin and Sinclair the obvious ones who i have seen before. Lloyd Jones is the one who was new to me that i was impressed with.

Four making it out of that lot would probably be above normal expectations anyway. It's completely normal, only a tiny percentage of youth players from that age group go on to be a success. I still think overall we've got the best youth prospects we've had in many, many years.

Its quality rather than quantity. Thanks Birdman for the additional in-game insight. Makes the 5-0 even more satisfying knowing that most of our youngsters were reasonably average yet our 'star quality' made that much of a difference to the result.
