I hope I'm wrong, but I hope that changes for us in the near future. I can't see it.
That makes sense but I do think that aim is to get a defensive scheme that is more than just rushing about, chasing the ball. I imagine it's more complex, more fluid and more nuanced than that and that it takes time for such an approach to gel. It probably means players have to think more, be more alert to the situation, rather than just play in their zone and "do their jobs". But I dunno, maybe I'm overcomplicating it.

Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

5-2 and should have been more. All the more impressive now.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Hughton has surprised me. Never thought he'd keep proving himself time and time again but I'm impressed.

Aye, seems a good manager. Going over to the home game against them, so hope he takes another whooping that day.
