Just a minor point, but in keeping with the whole BR ethos, I beieve that the players (especially in the attacking third) need to start trusting each other and encouraging each other a lot more. It's the same at the back. Plenty of tension towards the end of the Anzhi & Reading games as the players had that familiar feeling of here we go again.
The two go hand in hand. Players will be less flustered in front of goal when they know we'll keep it tight at the back, whilst the defence will be less flustered when they know we'll put away our chances and one mistake won't cost them.

I think he's been good for us in deeper areas. He's not doing the things he used to do and occasionally he plays risky balls but we do need some drive forwards.
