Well that **** up could have seriously hurt Reina - I don't see how he didn't get any sort of a card for dangerous play. Accidental, misjudged or whatever - it was incredibly dangerous.Originally posted by little dave hedgehog View Postlooked to me like he just misjudged the ball and ****ed up big style.

Seriously? Lets be honest here, Wisdom shoved him right into Pepe so it was hardly his fault. Lucky not to concede a pen there IMO.

Why cant we start every game in the way we finished off yesterday!? We have shown on numerous occasions that we are capable of playing that way when needed but it has often been too little to late! Why not just start of full steam ahead straight from the start!?
If i was Rodgers, i'd be telling my players to not respect /fear any team & just go for it for the whole 90+ minutes!

If Sturridge or Borini had crocked themselves would people be saying they should be eased in rather than starting?Originally posted by Ams12 View PostWhy cant we start every game in the way we finished off yesterday!? Really think that game showed more than ever that we need some short of rock in midfield, really don't see Allen as a solution. Commentator summed it up yesterday when he said Allen can have a bad game for Swansea and get away with it - there's just no doing that now.
Sturridge looks like an arrogant ****er but hopefully will form a good partnership. Should of been straight into the goal and picked up the ball, not wagging that finger!'The tide is very much in our court now.'

Not literally saying with those players but yes sturridge & borini did have a positive impact when they came on. We have seen similar levels of performance without them also!Originally posted by spider-neil View PostIf Sturridge or Borini had crocked themselves would people be saying they should be eased in rather than starting?

Was wondering why Skrtel and Agger where used in defensive walls during the game. Seemed strange to put your centre back in a wall, giving the would usually be your best defensive headers of a ball.
Agger first half was in a wall against a free on his side of the pitch and Skrtel second half for the free where we conceded the second.

Obviously because of their height. Perhaps someone has done an analysis showing that players usually shoot from free kicks these days and you're better off trying to block the shot with tall players than having them marking them someone and a wall full of hobbits like Allen and Suso.
I imagine some other team will notice it and cross instead of shooting for their tall players to get on the end of who will be marked by our hobbits.
At that point Est will implode under the weight of outrage..
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.
May the Lord bless this post.
