Hard not to get a bit carried away with Woodburn the way he's playing.

Theoretically he could be the perfect replacement for Coutinho if we decided to cash in in a year or two. Obviously we've been here hundreds of times before, so I'll curtail my excitement for now.

I don't know who he replaces but for me he's a number nine playing withdrawn currently to aid his development.

If he keeps injury free i have no doubt he'll be a star player in a few years. A Fowler/Owen hybrid and hopefully as prolific when he breaks through.

His movement is phenomal for a youngster.

Also, i reckon next year he sould go to the championship for a year, as he'll outgrow youth/reserves already this year which is madness.

Woodburn immense again, but the strength shown for his goal was very impressive.
