My stream froze after the incident on an image of his knee and it had a massive gash on it. Not sure what the diagnosis will be but it looked mangled.

I'd need to see the tackle again, but it looked filthy?

Oh **** off. The fact it's only lovren was clearly a throw away comment. But on that clip albeit a grainy clip, I stand by the fact the bloke got the ball. Yes he hurt the player. It happens and used to a lot more than it does now. It's the studs or blades that does more damage than the tackle. If after seeing it on motd I think differently I will post to apologise.
