You're right but we played very well against Arsenal and drew, we can't just flip a switch and we desperately needed the points today.

I thought today showed the weakness of a Gerrard and Lucas midfield, they're both pretty rigid and when teams press us high up and work as hard as Burnley as a pair they struggle.

Gerrard still has a role to play but he's overused and incorrectly used at times, it seems he won't accept being a bit part player but its about where he should be unfortunately.

This is what worries me.

Back from the pub.

That first half from us was one of the worst I've witnessed in recent memory. If we'd have been up against decent opposition could have quite easily have been 8 nil down in the first half, it was that bad.

Re the second half, much better passing of the ball and a well taken finish but really poor again as a unit. Mignolet is ****ing woeful, that bit when he delayed and delayed and it ran over the line. ****ing hell.

He's wank that lad, he's the only keeper I've ever seen that attempts to punch away with both fists and still not make any clean contact.

It's not ****ing funny in the grand scheme of things. It was a **** performance no getting away from it, it was dog**** and that's been kind.
