Thanjk you.

Lovren was having an off game, we were 2 goals up, what better time could there possibly be to fetch on your back-up CB to give him a chance to prove himself.
Hindsight is a wonderful thing, but who could have predicted that? Not even his biggest detractors could see that coming.
Not saying this as a member of the Klopp fan club, as far as I'm concerned juries still out there, but in the interest of fairness that wasn't his fault. He did the right thing IMO.
Yeah you're right, I should've added "in hindsight" to the 'terrible decision' comment. Someone else suggested previously that coasting at 2-0 is an ideal time to give a defender some minutes that has been out for a while
Problem is he was absolutely diabolical in this game, and in his last he was sent off for the U21s for 2x yellows. That shouldn't happening to a senior player and given that he's not exactly been the most rock solid of players during his tenure, should have been somewhat of a warning
So yep, totally agree about hindsight, but the bottom line is we were winning, playing very well, then along comes a Skrtel. Only one person can take the responsibility there
I saw a dead fish on the pavement and thought "what did you expect?"
There's no water round here stupid, should have stayed where it was wet
Anyone got highlights for the game please as I missed it and I want see how **** Skrtel was
Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. This is why we watched it when we were young. I can still not have enough of it."
Always, keep your face to the sun, and shadows will fall behind you.
i got a dodgy stream for this and i didnt see every second, but it looked like allen and Can were doing great while they were playing the likes of clasie and romeu. once wanyama came on allen just disappeared and it seemed like can was fighting his battle and allens against that bruiser.
i like joe, but he cannot play in a two man midfield as he cant handle the physicality of the bigger lads. I think henderson wasnt well yesterday otherwise he would have started the game and we wouldnt have been bullied by wanyama.
that said most of the goals were down to martin skrtel but our midfield disappeared once saints made their changes.

I thought the same regarding Henderson, and I don't think Klopp fancies bring Toure on in midfield for half an hour. Usually, when he's done that, there's been 5 minutes left of the game.
Interesting that we've been strongly linked with Piotr Zielinski, who has been dubbed a lesser version of Joe Allen, and only slightly taller.

zielinksi looks a different sort of player than allen, more creative - more like markovic. a player with pace and technique who can play out wide and inside the width of the penalty box too.
he doesnt look like a centre midfielder.

This is the bit that would make me wonder, away in the Prem 0-2 up at HT is not coasting its a lead and one that has to be protected/built on. If Klopp thought it was a sufficiency to see the side through to FT them he's still a bit naive about the game in England.

That's an interesting take on him. I've never seen him play, and can only go off what articles have said. He's described as a box-to-box midfielder from what I've read, so in your view, he wouldn't be a direct replacement for Allen?

Nicely put - translation = stop talking ****e!
What do you mean it could've been anyone? Name me one person who's got a grudge against penguins

i dont think he's a direct replacement for allen. From what I have seen of him he looks like a attacking midfield player who can also play out wide. infact probably better out wide.
a bit like lazar markovic.
