Good for him. Hopefully he’ll have a bit more confidence now

          Me too

Needs to find somewhere he can play regularly to kick on. Not sure that's with us but he'll make a decent player for someone.

Thought he did well today all round. Chuffed for him. Needs a loan next season still though I think.

Glad he got a goal before the end of the season, I actually thought he did quite well today. I think that he needs a loan move next season though just to get game time and experience.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

                What a finish.

Played quite well today. Can’t be easy slotting in tothe most lethal forward line on the planet.

I thought he was really good today. Nice assist and cracking goal (could easily have ended up in row ZZ, mind).

At least I can now see what he *can* do. Whether he can step up and do it more often, against even a half **** team is another matter. Brighton have conceded 9 against us, and it could have been 20.
                  Oh I don't know.

How dare he prove people wrong......what a complete cunt

That goal gave him the confidence boost he needed. He had a great game and playing those 4 offensive players together is a great option to have

I thought he was excellent today, small touches around the box, good awareness of others and that strike! Well done lad, now get a solid loan somewhere, score 15 or so and make yourself a real option up front for us.

Played well. Lot of pressure on him and it showed at times, but all of our forwards made mistakes yesterday, and his ability eventually shone through.

Good for both him and Ings to get those recent goals as it will give them a bit of form at least to cling to if they are called upon for the final.

The goal was actually very similar to the N'Gog goal against Arsenal.

It wasn't a great layoff to him and was an excellent finish.
