The Semi Final second leg of the Champions League! OMG OMG OMG!

Despite Salah's miss and the referee being weighed down by all those manilla envelopes, I think we have conserved just enough energy to at least match Roma and confirm our place in the muther****ing final!!!

There are some injury concerns (mainly knocks) over Mane, Salah, Henderson and TAA but I reckon they'll recover in time. Adrenalin alone will see them over the line!

Some genuinely seem more arsed about getting top 4 than basically having one foot in a CL Final. It's utterly bizarre and I truly loathe "top 4" and the obsession with it in this country. You'd think clubs would cease to exist and not be able to sign one good player if they don't get in. I think it's only because, let's say we get past Roma, we still have to beat a European giant, whereas we could've had it all wrapped up by now, having played the bottom two sides.

No - some genuinely want both, as you argued with yourself, had we not got top 4 last season we would not have one foot in the final now. Game management is key, we are fighting on 2 fronts with very few games left - if we go 2-0 up in Rome we can afford to sub some key players, if we are down we can't.
