Getting really excited now, I am a bit worried that Poch seems to be figuring us out, the second half of our last game went in their favour, after he changed their system.

If I were in your timezone I think I'd elect to be drunk from the morning onward.

If you had to pay as much for booze you might not.

            Quite.

            Still there's always moonshine.

I'm trying to pace myself by not getting to pub until 4 at earliest!

I went out at 12 last year as was so nervous. Got hammered and was a mess by the time the game kicked off.

I don't drink. No idea how I'm going to handle the build up.

Strange build up thread. No discussion of line ups but perhaps the line up picks itself with Gini, Fabs and Hendo in midfield.

I do wonder if there could be a surprise in the offing though, perhaps not.

Yeah. No mystery with our line up at all.

                      Only position would be Gini/Milner.

Look how good a snubbed Gini was as an impact sub!

Fabinho starts, with henderson and milner in midfield, gini as the later sub so he is fired up and comes on and scores two in a few minutes.

                        The rest picks itself.
removing all the weak links makes us stronger

too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

Re the match - I’ve been listening to podcasts the last two days building up and I’ve convinced myself we are going to win. I can’t even contemplate not winning - we are better is almost every position, maybe Eriksson and Toby gets into our team. It’s all about the night and how the lads react to the break.

We are strong favorites but for the past 3 months we have been strong favs before every league game and we have delivered. The same vs Porto and the same vs Bayern. When the chips were down vs Barca we also came through. These guys are winners and we just need a trophy to show it.

So many players have a point to prove since last year - Salah, Hendo and Bobby in particular. Added to that we have Alisson and Fab to beef up our defence. If we play even 80% of our ability we will win.

This is the biggest game in Spurs’ history and we have seen from them in the past that they turn to ****housery when things go aagainst them. We need to arch their start as they’ll come flying at us, get control of the game and score first.

As we say in Ireland - we’ll be grand
Nope, don't need anger management, you just need to stop pissing me off!

Am going from a definite win to a Spurs win and back again. Bricking it. Will be so gutted if we lose.

Spurs have been in Madrid since Wednesday, we only went out today. Any significant advantage or disadvantages in that?
