I don't think he's yet good enough to be playing for Citeh.

He'd be great in a midgets five a side team but not big or mobile enough for us unfortunately.

    No sentiment in football...

If he beefed up then in our usual 4-3-3 system his best position IMO is Salah's spot.

And I'm not suggesting for one minute he's good enough to fill that position for us.

Given his physical shortcomings, the only way he succeeds in a midfield berth is by being exceptional positionally and by having a ludicrously high passing success %.

Anything else and he's not LFC 1st eleven quality.

He is young so has the time to develop and is likely to get physically stronger, but he needs to work out what sort of player he wants to be because it will help him choose his next steps. For example, is he a Keegan, a Salah, a Silva or what? At the moment I think he has stopped progressing and he wouldn't be anywhere near my 11 if my 11 were playing reasonably well (which of course they are not).

Not the easiest time for a teenager. Some of the abuse he has been getting is unreal.

He is the biggest young talent we have had in a while and people are wanting us to sell before he has finished growing.

Carvalho too, having to watch the Ox try huff and puff his way around the pitch offering sweet fa, meanwhile one of our best youngsters sits on the bench for 3 games whilst we're playing like ****e.

It's just the fangirls of other players clucking away, trying to deflect attention away from how ****e their favourties have been. No other plausible explanation, really.
