Salah and Nunez are developing a decent partnership. Salah played a beautiful pass into Nunez last night. The problem is that they alhave been out only 2 fit senior forwards for the last few months. The fact is that they are learning on the job having to play every match both are getting in great positions and neither are finishing to the required percentage (Nunez 11 and Salah 15 both short of the average which would be about 25-30).

Our last really good performance was v City. When Jota played out of his skin and got injured.

    Injuries have been a factor.

But lack of investment in front line midfielders and a change I. Playing style that we are struggling with moving from a false 9 to a more physical dominant 9 has been something the formation and tactics are struggling with.

I think that list is probably about right. I have no problem with keeping Hendo around, and to a degree Milner. But both should be used as rotation players.

We clearly are not ruthless enough when it comes to players peaking or passing that peak. But throwing anyone out who isnt 20s and in their prime isnt the best way either IMO.

Milner as a captain for cup sides or meaningless CL group games would be invaluable for some players for example. He clearly still sets the example.

          - Hendo (£140k per week/£7.2m per year) would have been of this summer
          - Nat Philips (£64k per week/£3.3m per year) should have been sold in the summer
          - Arthur Melo (£110 per week)/£5.7m per year) should never have been bought, panic buy. **** off!

It is simple, players that are not providing value for money, sell. Get players in that do provide value for money.

While agree, pretty sure you could go through every team in the premier league and could the smaeabout there squad too.

When everything we touched turned to gold transfer we were world beaters when we bring in Mane, Wijnaldum, Robetson, Alysson, VVD, Fabinho.

Now we look like a team of panel beaters

How can you say such a thing, you heartless *******? He's a Captain, a Leader, a Father, a Fearless Ambassador and World Class Midfielder. Plus, if he goes, who will protect our penalty takers from the big bad opposition goalie and players?

Reading a piece in the times there and in 18/19 season we were first in the league sprints, distance covered and high speed runs ..... we are currently 16th. Also, no team has had more big chances in the top flight in this season than Liverpool but we have the worst conversion rate in the league at 27.6%.

Maybe we have more possession these days, not sure on those stats but it's clear to the eye that our intensity has massively dropped & the lack and physicality pace in that midfield area is our biggest problem. When Everton have a better conversion rate than LFC, you know there is something very wrong.

Nobody can sprint very far because Harvey Elliiott keeps getting in everybody's way, the *******. It must be very demoralizing for the players to have to put up with it.

                            Yes, obvs

But many of these players have been believing their own publicity for far too long.
All down to management I'm afraid. Some sub standard players, very questionable stubborn management still trying to "play klopps high line" but without the technical or physical ability to adequately fill those roles.
removing all the weak links makes us stronger

too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.
