They'll be along soon with 'we're allowed one bad season'. You know, the way title winning teams go from 2nd by a point, two trophies and a CL final to 10th the next season with 2 wins in 8 league games. Then magically challenge again the following season.

Does anyone think Bellingham will come next year if we're not in the CL? Dream on, City will be all over him. He'd be the only addition to an older squad apart from a few more Carvalhos, Elliots and Ramseys. Cheap kids with bags of 'potential'.

There will be no rebuild because FSG won't spend a penny of their own money. This has been coming with an injury prone, aging squad lacking necessary investment. The club has been out spent in every way by other teams and its starting to show.

Funny thing is that their asset is now in the process of losing value when on the pitch success becomes more difficult.

I thought we were good for much of first half unlucky to go in behind, once we got level I thought that was probably a fair result, penalty decision was really poor IMO
