Diaz got booked for a player tripping himself up, yet ****-all happened to Partey for dragging Diaz to the ground in one incident, and hacking at Diaz in another incident that led to the injury. The officiating wasn't the root cause of the defeat but it's super-annoying all the same, especially when added to the non-penalty award.

We dominated the first half and were undone at the death by woeful defending by TAA

It did sound like we were excellent first half, that goal was a killer at the end. But I was old schooling it on the radio so can’t say for sure.

He's not benefiting from only having one midfielder playing well (Thiago) and Salah being invisible. He's a finisher and his off the ball movement to get into shooting positions is very good. He's still raw and I think he'll do well. It's seems like in January we need an alternative to Salah, Trent and midfielder all of high quality.

No, and I do get that. I just dont see how he fits the system. I dont think we should be spending £80m on someone raw. That is just not a good way of spending our limited budget. There are far better players for much less (Jesus for £45m for example... Or Haaland for 20 weeks ). Spending that much meant our midfield did not get the attention it needed.

Salah on the other hand... **** me... After how he finished the end of last season. I guess everyone thought it was a dip in form, but he is lumbering about the pitch like a pub player. Maybe he has overdone the weight training? I dunno.. Situation is proper ****ed.

And Trent... Our main line of assists is now just a big gaping hole.

Seems pretty clear whatever was said was between Hendo and Gabriel, and Gabriel made a complaint. Whatever it was it’s probably not going to go well if it’s being investigated by the FA and will likely drag on. Something else we really didn’t need.

First of all, Arsenal deserved that win and were the better team for most of the game, apart from about 20 minutes at the end of the first half. At the moment we look like a team without a system, and they have a definite system. Salah was pretty much incidental to the game for 90% of the time and that can't be his fault. He's either there because Klopp is telling him to be there, or he shouldn't be there and Klopp should be telling him to be somewhere else. What's the point in having your best player out of the match? At one point Tsimikas lofted a long slow ball from left back all the way out to him on the right flank so Arsenal had all the time in the world to get two men on him and clear with ease.

This is entirely up to the management team to deal with - they have decent players at their disposal and although Arsenal look good they don't look great. We need to work out our system again and that's all on Klopp. However, it's going to be a long haul and we need to be prepared for that. These things don't happen overnight. We look a bit lost at the moment - players passing the wrong ball, not anticipating the next move, the works really.

TAA - an injury would be a blessing for our defence tbh. He's atrocious and lacks any awareness or players running behind him. Martinelli torched him numerous times. Dead set looks like he's been smoking bongs before every game. Head is in the clouds, even has the glassy eyes ffs.

Jota - Needs to play through the middle or on the left. None of this #10 ****, he was totally anonymous until Diaz went off.

Bobby - to my shock he's been one of the only dudes out there performing. We'd be in the relegation zone if it wasn't for him.

Nunez - makes great runs, unfortunately our slow as **** play doesnt suit this and he's going to get caught offside a lot. Hopefully that goal can spur him on and make the cunts on twitter (and here) shut the **** up about him "not being able to control a football"

FSG - **** off you tight arse pricks. Almost want to see us free-fall so these chancers lose a heap of money. Only way they'll learn and either **** off or dip their hands into their pockets.


Really wish we'd go back to the helter skelter football we used to play. **** all the old legs off and play fast chaotic football. Don't care if we concede a bunch when we're also scoring, football was way more fun and enjoyable in Klopps early days.
