Chelsea just signed another DM to go along with their other big money DM and they also signed 2 forwards and are looking at swapping Rom for Vlahovic. James and Chilwell are back fit, Colwill looks a potential star and they have far superior manager than they had last season. Naive to think they won't be a much improved side to the one we seen last seen. They will pushing for the champs league spots no doubts.

As mentioned we got hammered by Napoli 3-0 the year we won the league. No point being overly defeatist already, otherwise… what’s the point?

The concern is that the problems with the team have been there for the last couple of seasons and they've not been addressed this summer.

Right flank, lack of experienced squad depth

We've signed two decent looking midfielders but by the same token we've lost every other senior midfielder from last season with the exception of Thiago.

We don't have an experienced 6 to replace Fab. Playing 4-3-3 will leave of defence more exposed than using without an competent six playing.

We've been shipping goals down the right for several seasons. The Trent experiment from the tail end of last season appears to have run it's course. The manager is either unable or unwilling to address the weakness on the right. We saw it today with Bayern. Lofted ball down our right hand side and their attackers had acres of room to run into.

It's worrying.
