We have a max of 15 games between now and the 22nd May.
All the teams we are competing with for the league title will have just as many if not more to fit in.
Plus we look like that the coming four weeks (of which almost two sees us with no club games) will see the likes of Jota, Alisson, Konate, TAA and others return to active duty along with the likes of Salah, Szobo, Robertson etc getting that bit sharper especially given that the likes of Salah are getting a bye from the International games this month.
Also all those players that are either returning from injuries or getting back up to fitness will not have had as many minutes in their legs this season and are coming back into the team with levels of fitness that are not as tapped out as some of the guys that have gotten us this far.
I reckon we are going to be fine and pull in at least one of the two trophies we are still in the hunt for.I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

Gakpo has a part to play, though not as the central attacker imo.
Danns I certainly would be bringing on in games where we need to take Darwin off and need someone to play in the middle of the attack instead of him.
Though in a few weeks we should see Jota back and then hopefully the link up play between him and Darwin continues the way it was back in January. Don't think I have seen anyone act quite so well as a foil for Jota as Darwin was starting to.I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

It certainly was a reality check for us. No injuries after the international break would be nice but we'll see how that goes. Let's hope we can smash the two home games before that United away fixture which is going to be a tough one.Originally posted by Norbs View Post2022 all over again. I'd rather Danns be on with Nunez. Both of them are non stop. The defenders would stress. Gakpo just plods around. I've decided I only ever want to see him against nothing teams.Originally posted by Doc_Piptorious View PostGakpo has a part to play, though not as the central attacker imo.

Teams that are more patient in their build up or that play with a higher line are fine for Gakpo on the left imo.
But in games that are more frantic he tends to get pressed out of the play and espeically if in the centre.
Danns and Darwin up front would be so much fun to watch

Virgil Van Dijk] Only got ourselves to blame, especially after how good we have been so far this season!! Time for internationals then we’re back to give it everything we have
Alexis Mac Allister] Disappointed not to get the result we wanted but we’ll learn from it and move forward with our heads held high
Darwin Núñez has been withdrawn from the Uruguay national team due to an injury sustained against Manchester United.
Supposed to be precautionary and no real injury.
So Salah and Nunez get a nice break and we get plenty back after the break. Good chance to reset and come back strong for the final push.

Jurgen talked about Diaz's groan (in an injury way!!), so that might be an issue. Should be getting TAA and Curtis back soon. Has Ibu been kept back from the French squad?Originally posted by peterbread View PostVirgil Van Dijk] Only got ourselves to blame, especially after how good we have been so far this season!! Like some have said, annoying result but I'm surprisingly calm, hope players take the experience and learn from the mistakes, Klopp as well tbh.
What I do noticed is I found Klopp pretty drained after the match, I think he's genuinely getting tired and needing a good break from football.* The above is posted in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.
