Fuming. Almost inexcusable really. Between 20th and 85th minute they couldn't get near us, especially 2nd half. It was almost too easy and we were so wasteful in the final third/their box. How we didn't put it to bed I'll never know. Then to go ahead in ET and still lose is inexcusable, and to concede from our corner with a minute to go is also diabolical. Admirable that we were trying to win the game but leave some extra insurance back ffs. Totally ****ing sick to lose to them and in that way, they are ****ing ****e.

The only comfort is there's bigger fish to fry and OT in 3 weeks is a much bigger game. We should have Trent, Ibou and Jones back, and maybe Jota. Tbh I've felt with these injuries, and expecting miracles from Kelleher, Bradley and Quansah every week, that it was only a matter of time before we tripped up. Just sick that it had to be today.

Gakpo is a offering nothing. I know he is better as we've seen it, but his lack of effort was woeful. He doesn't even run his arse off.

Massive 80s vibes. I was only a kid then but still, we were miles better than them and I only ever remember suffering against them, particularly in Cup competitions. Hate it.

He was the opposite last season. Would drive forward and be aggressive in his attack. Salah, Nunez and Gakpo were great together in the run in the second half of last season. Where has that Gakpo gone?

Agreed. He ambles around, is slack as **** on the ball (my lad calls him Slackpo ffs lol)...just infuriating. I think he's lost confidence, but that's no excuse for his showing today, which being kind was timid at best.

Also don't want to lay into Darwin (but I'm going to ) and have only read post-match comments so probably been mentioned already, but that pass for the 3-3 goal was never on ffs. I was screaming at him not to play that pass, and he did, and they scored. Aaaaarrrrggghhh!

And I know it's not important, but oh my god the United fans piping up. Honestly the United lads I know haven't talked football for ****ing months and they're all out of the woodwork tonight. It's not as if they're winning the FA Cup despite their bye to the final and, like someone already said, ****ing things up for us is all they've got. Hope City destroy them in the final.
