Well we lost 6 in a row at home in the Covid season without our centre backs but think we were already well off the pace before that

We won the league the year the lockdowns begun (2020) the season with six home losses in a row was the following season (2020/21) so there were still lockdowns and covid stuff ongoing at the time.

Looking at the results on wiki, we lost eight out of twelve games that season between the 1st Jan to the 7th March, drew one and won three.

Then they can both get to 91 points but they' will both have used up one of their two slots. Leaving them with maximum victories plus only one feck up game to get there.

Yeah, I was thinking more on the lines of teams that had been 1st and then went on a bad run.

I think the year Ged got ill we were 1st and then had pretty bad run in Dec? Don’t think it was as bad as Man City’s current collapse though

Edit - just checked and we had a 4 point lead before going on a run of not winning in 13 league games

Ended up out of the top 4 that season
