Is not his first rodeo when it comes to being involved in alleged rape/sexual assualt charges. The man will buy his way out of it either by having more legal firepower than the alleged victim or by her winning and only receiving a finanical payment rather than the criminal charges she initially tried to have go through the courts.

Is actually a disgrace that the woman has had to fight so hard to only get a civil hearing rather than the chance to have her alleged attackers locked up.

Medical professionals have commented in court that she had injuries and bad brusing all over her body, including severe bruising on her throat/neck that would be consistent with being strangled or pinned down, that her private parts had the sort of bruising/injury on a level that the medical team that deal with sexual assualt had rarely seen before.

The police confirmed that she came forward and tried to press charges quickly.

Basically she was brave enough to go public, to try to jump through all the legal hoops, tried to go for a criminal conviction for the alleged offences rather than a pay out and what happens?

McGregor waits a full month, despite being contacted by police, to present himself at a police station, tooled up with a high cost lawyer. He does not deny having sex with the woman and having another man in the room with them, but claims the sex (and I assume by association all her injuries) were consensual.


Then again McGregor is an old hand when it comes to being involved in assault cases, sexual assualt cases and what not and knows money has gotten him out of all of them in the past.
