As has been seen countless times before PGMOL are entirely unaccountable to anyone but themselves. It's a depressing situation but I don't want our manager being further censured this season for pointing out the blindingly obvious.
I think the managers would get away with being a little more critical when the incident coulda ended macallisters season or even career.
He shoulda said that players need protection from the officials, from horrible tackles like this, and that it’s up to the ref/var to set the tone of the game. Could have hit back at moyes stupid narrative that this is a good derby tackle, etc etc.
If macalister’s foot was planted, his leg gets snapped. I think it’s not good for player moral, for the manager to just brush that kinda crap off.I don't tip

I'm not sure though, Everton were unbeaten in 9 games I think before our game, they are very physical and will match Arsenal here, Gabriel is injured and Saka won't start, they could have some trouble with them IMO.Originally posted by Exiled_red View PostArsenal are beating Everton, no question. Everton have just had their cup final and put it all in against us, they will 1) be knackered, 2) are playing against our main title rivals so won't be as keen to get a win as they were yesterday 3) have nothing to play for.
An easy 3 points for Arsenal coming up.* The above is posted in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.

You're forgetting that the tiniest chance of us failing is far more important to them than the tiniest chance of success for themOriginally posted by The_weatherman View PostI'm not sure though, Everton were unbeaten in 9 games I think before our game, they are very physical and will match Arsenal here, Gabriel is injured and Saka won't start, they could have some trouble with them IMO.

I just looked at their fixture list to the end of the season, they might struggle to get to 40 points with those games left!Originally posted by Norbs View PostYou're forgetting that the tiniest chance of us failing is far more important to them than the tiniest chance of success for themWe are here for a good time not a long time....

They have difficult fixtures but it's not not like they need to get to 40 points they are safeOriginally posted by Cerbie View PostI just looked at their fixture list to the end of the season, they might struggle to get to 40 points with those games left! The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Oh I know they aren’t going down. I was just highlighting how bad their season could end up being. That’s a ****ty run in for them.Originally posted by Exiled_red View PostThey have difficult fixtures but it's not not like they need to get to 40 points they are safeWe are here for a good time not a long time....
