Didn't this fella call the Wirtz to us transfer as well?

      Yes
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

PSG will have the week off between games even though Lens disagreed with the request, it’s a 1st vs 2nd game as well. Qatari money…

The PL could be just as obliging if they wanted to be.

You saw last week how a CL game for us was followed by the early kick off on a Saturday. Some leagues will move games around when they have a big club going deep in the CL, some just follow the tv cash.
I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

That PSG fixture change isn't confirmed. That statement is Lens spelling out why they're refusing to budge.

This Monday, March 23, Racing Club de Lens announced in a statement that it refuses to reschedule the match against Paris Saint-Germain on April 11, as part of Matchday 29 of Ligue 1. PSG wants to best prepare for its return leg against Liverpool. The LFP will make a decision this Thursday, March 26, and could approve postponing the match despite Lens’s refusal.

While Paris Saint-Germain has requested the postponement of the match against Lens, scheduled for April 11 at 5 p.m., in order to best prepare for the return leg against Liverpool in the Champions League quarterfinals (April 14), [Lens] responded sharply in a statement published this Monday, March 23.

RC Lens deprived of a match for 15 days

“In a spirit of responsibility and moderation, Racing Club de Lens, from the very first requests, informed Paris Saint-Germain of its intention not to see this date changed. True to a certain idea of sporting stability, the club had also chosen to refrain from any public communication on this matter. However, the recent multiplication of statements, interventions, and various suggestions now leads us to break that silence,”
                      the statement reads.

“It seems to us that a worrying sentiment is beginning to take hold: that of a French championship gradually being relegated to the status of an adjustment variable according to the European commitments of certain clubs. A peculiar view of sporting fairness, one that is hard to find an equivalent for in other major continental competitions. Changing the date of this match today would mean, for Racing Club de Lens, going without competition for 15 days and then playing matches every three days — a rhythm that corresponds neither to what was set at the start of the season nor to the means of a club able to absorb such new constraints without consequence.”

Previously, FC Nantes had agreed to postpone its match against the European champion. But here, RC Lens is defending its own interests, currently sitting in second place in Ligue 1, just one point behind PSG, though having played one more match.

“It would therefore be understood that the tenth-largest budget in the league should adapt to the demands of the most powerful, in the name of interests that evidently now go beyond the domestic framework, which has already been reduced in recent seasons (Ligue 1 with 18 clubs, discontinuation of the Coupe de la Ligue).”

One thing is certain: this story is far from over, as the LFP will make a final decision on the fate of this match this Thursday, March 26.

Lens have been excellent this season and have a great chance to win the league, it's a tough domestic fixture for PSG in between our games with them. It's the best chance Lens will have of beating PSG at home. Crazy if it's shifted.

That young U-21 player Jay Spearing scoring a cracker for the legends. I can’t believe he’s still a player coach for the U-21. Thiago with the other. 2-0 at halftime. It’s on YouTube if anyone wants to watch.

And the Women’s team winning the derby 3-2.
