Lucas is the only DM we've got & he has been very good since coming back into the side. First name of the team sheet at the moment IMO.

I think this formation is partially engineered to get more out of Gerrard, less defensive responsibility and pacey forwards ahead for him to hit. Sadly for Lucas I think when we have a fully fit squad he once again misses out as Gerrard will sit with Allen or Henderson just ahead.Originally posted by danperkins View PostLucas is the only DM we've got & he has been very good since coming back into the side. we need at least one, if not two ready to go first team players.
no more fannying about with potential.
im more concerned with how we are doing now, not worried about signing some amazing 12 year old.removing all the weak links makes us stronger
too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

I think even some of his harshest critics are warming to the guy - you've got to admire his heart. He's clearly not quite the player he was pre-knee injuries but he's giving his all and doing a really good job in difficult circumstances after most of us had written him off. I love his attitude and think he's a top bloke. He's great to have around and I hope he stays even if we go and buy a new first choice DM.Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

I'll tell you something, he's absolutely ****ing fearless and extremely brave and it's hard to find players like that these days.
Never shirks a tackle, yes he gives away some fouls from time to time but he very rarely attacks with malice and he's strong and fair in the challenge.
I remember watching us at Anfield one day and he was just starting out for us, he was awful and the crowd was on top of him massively, can't get over how much he has matured since those days - long time ago I know. I'd even say he's the most mature player in our team, even more so than Gerrard.Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. This is why we watched it when we were young. I can still not have enough of it."

Always, keep your face to the sun, and shadows will fall behind you.
