Won't Audi have something to say about that?
    Hello mert.

Are we a selling club now? Hoping to buy young and, if they become top 1/2 in the team, selling on at a profit to finance the next crop of hopes. Seems that way. He's a little **** but nonetheless.

I think we've been that way for a while now to be honest. Our position is firmly in the second tier of the Premier League. We don't challenge for honours in the way Chelsea, City, United and Arsenal do more consistently and we don't pay the fees or wages of City, Chelsea and United.

We've had more goes at the title that Spurs so we;re in this weird no man's land, flip flopping between a top 4 team and the second tier.

I'm sure Rodgers would characterise us as a 1.5 tier team.

Yeah, we're right at the top of the second tier. When it all comes together we're as good as the top tier but then we cannot build on it or properly make the leap.

We've only finished above Spurs once in the last 5 seasons though, so I'd give them the edge, not that it makes much difference.

Fancy not even thanking the fans, the little ****!

Love to hear the Kop serenade him with the chorus of Roy's epic masterpiece.....( I know it isn't)

He may very well become world class or not. Who cares, he's gone and we have bigger problems to sort out.
Are people really saying he's **** ? Or is it just that they think he's been well overvalued and there's no guarantee he'll be worth that fee, even having seen him at LFC for as long as i have, i wouldn't want us to be paying that money for him, nowhere near, it's also unusual for only one club to have been in for such a talented player, even the manager that brought him to LFC now at the worlds biggest club didn't have a nibble.

So while i agree he's far from ****, he is also imo far from being a 50mill player, it's quite simply that in City we have ludicrous owners born into massive wealth with a skewed sense of values so stuff like this is able to happen.
