There was a great moment yesterday where he was fight for the ball on the wing, got smacked in the face with a flailing arm, went to ground looking at the linesman moaning like a bitch and then the defender cleared the ball right in to his boat, conceded the thrown in because it came off his face last.

You know you're dismal when you struggle against a defence with Per Mertesacker and Andre Santos in. Still, he'll probably score against that pub side from Belgium and we'll have endless stories about how he's back.

He's still a quality player though and he's getting his game together again slowly.

He was dreadful yesterday and offered no threat at all.
