I very nearly put a bet on that he doesnt score but then that would be tempting fate. I think the main problem is he's just had a kid and is away from all his family, I think he's home sick and want to go back to spain.

I thought they'd all moved down to London? His mrs and kid were certainly in Liverpool because I saw them kicking about loads of times. Their kid went to the same Liverpool nursery as mine.Comment

The Gerrard-Torres partnership was fantastic and suited both players down to a tee but, at that time, the player Torres was, I don't think it would have been a problem to stick him in to the system Chelsea played last night. i know i shouldn't but i actually feel sorry for the guy now, his big move south is turning into a nightmare, the chav "fans" are starting to turn on him and his own manager is not exactly giving him a 100% backing with his comments.
i just keep thinking if he had of waited till the summer he would have had more options and likely would have made a better choice over his future. now he's stuck in a dressing room with john terry and ashley cole wondering "what the **** am i doing here".Comment

Nah, I've moaned many times that the victory over Chelsea at Anfield has cost us long term as it probably bought Hodgson extra time with the new owners.
