That is something that was often quoted as a weakness in Klopp teams in the Bundesliga. That he creates teams that are so finely tuned to a system, that the loss of one or two players completely throws the team as a whole out of whack.

Not sure I fully buy into that, but since December we, the fans, have been got in a loop of saying if Player X was here everything would be better. The more it happens the more I slowly start to doubt myself on the finely tuned thing.

When Coutinho was out we were saying he was the missing piece.

With Mane out we were saying he was the x factor we were missing.

Now Henderson could become the latest player to become that missing part.


It just seems that we can have nine or ten of what most would say is our best starting eleven on the pitch, and still look as though we do not know what to do on the pitch.
